Engineering Graduates and Diploma holders are not eligible to apply. ACT APPRENTICES No. of Vacancies: 748 Nos. Trade wise vacancies: i) Fitter: 386 posts ii) Welder: 60 posts iii) Electrician: 58 posts iv) Carpenter: 61 posts v) Painter: 51 posts vi) Machinist: 24 posts vii) Mechanic Diesel: 85 posts viii) Trimmer: 08 posts ix) Turner: 15 posts Educational Qualification: Passed High School/ 10th Standard with minimum 50% marks and ITI in respective trade from recognized Board. Age Limit: Minimum 15 years and maximum 24 years as on 29/12/2018. Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be on the basis of marks obtained in Academic Qualification and Document Verification. The candidates will be called for Document Verification at Gorakhpur. Exact Date, Time and Venue for examination/interview will be intimated to the eligible candidates in due course as well as such information will be also available in the official website of North Eastern Railway (NER) — www.ner.indianrailways.gov.in Application Fee: Candidates must pay Rs.100/- as Application Fee. STEP - BY - STEP PROCEDURE FOR PAYMENT OF APPLICATION FEE आवेदन शुल्क जमा करने के लिए Proceed for Payment बटन पर क्लिक करें उसके पश्चात निम्न प्रक्रिया सुनिश्चित करें- 1.     सभी नियम एवं शर्तें पढ़ने के उपरान्त I have read and accepted the terms and conditions stated above के सम्मुख बाॅक्स पर क्लिक करें फिर Proceed बटन क्लिक करें। 2.     State of Corporate/Institution के खाने में Uttar Pradesh सेलेक्ट करें औरType of Corporate/Institution में Recruitment सेलेक्ट कर GO क्लिक करें।  3.     अगले पेज पर Recruitment Name में APO RECTT RRC NE RAILWAYS सेलेक्ट कर Submit क्लिक करें | 4.     Select Payment Category में Recruitment Fee सेलेक्ट करें। 5.     अपना विवरण भरकर Submit बटन क्लिक करें। 6.     अगले पेज पर अपना विवरण चेक कर लें तथा Confirm बटन क्लिक करें।  7.     Net Banking, Card Payment अथवा अन्य पेमेंट का विकल्प चुनकर परीक्षा शुल्क का भुगतान करें।  8.     चालान के माध्यम से भुगतान हेतु SBI BRANCH पर क्लिक करें और PDF चालान डाउनलोड कर प्रिंट कर लें। उक्त प्रिंट के आधार पर किसी भी स्टेट बैंक की शाखा में भुगतान करें। STEP - BY - STEP PROCEDURE FOR PAYMENT OF APPLICATION FEE Please click Proceed for Payment button and follow the step by step procedure- 1.     Check the box against I have read and accepted the terms and conditions stated above and click the proceed button. 2.     On the next page select Uttar Pradesh in the box for State of Corporate/Institution. Please select Recruitment in the box for Type of Corporate/Institution and click GO. 3.     On the next page select APO RECTT RRC NE RAILWAYS in the box for Recruitment Name and submit. 4.     On the next page select Recruitment Fee in the Payment Category box. 5.     Fill up your details and submit. 6.     Check your details and confirm. 7.     Select the methods of payment and deposit the Application Fee. 8.     For payment through Challan select SBI Branch and download PDF Challan. Deposit Application Fee with a print of this Challan at the nearest SBI Branch.
