Subject : About the problems of
Load-Shedding
Sir,
Kindly allow me through the columns of
your esteemed daily, I would like to draw the attention of the Electricity
Board to the troubles and losses caused to the people by load-shedding in our
area. It affects all kinds of work at home, in shops and industries. But
students and patients are the worst sufferers. A few months ago supply was
improved. But now load-shedding is not infrequent. We often hear of the promises
of the improved supply. But the promises are falsely mouthed. This biggest bane
has become the way of life. This may ruin the progress and prosperity of the
State and the happiness of her people.
In the circumstances, I would,
therefore, earnestly request the authorities concerned through your esteemed
daily to put an end to this problem.
Thanking you, Yours truly,
